That is judging. We, including myself are often apt to judge before we gather all of the facts. Not only do we judge our co-workers, but we judge the patients that we handle. I think we should all step back and look into the mirror. While we are judging others we should be judging ourselves. There is a past in all of us that we are not proud of.
